NO PVP! LatencySpike.net is a build server, which has no white-lists, active admins and the following mods:

CraftBukkit Bed Spawn Dynmap Death Announcements MCStats

PVP Enabled - However we're all friends and only have it enabled for the Creeps!

We also have a page on our website which allows you to view Minecraft statistics and also allows you to view players inventory (and admins can assign blocks if requested very very nicely).

Oh, and if the server becomes popular we can upgrade the player limit as the game is hosted on a pretty beefy box.
